Show times are 12 p.m. til 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday
12 p.m. til 5 p.m. Wednesday

Your quilt show entries must be delivered to the Holiday Inn Expo Center between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 10th, 2012.

All quilts must have a sleeve or we cannot hang them. Please attach a 4" sleeve. Click here for instructions on putting a sleeve on your quilt.

The quilt label must be attached to the bottom left corner (right corner when looking at the back of the quilt.)

Quilt show entries will be available for pick up between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. after the show closes on Wednesday, June 13th, 2012. Whoever picks up the quilt MUST have the claim check in their possession.

In order to have a successful show, we will need everyone's help. Please contact Suzanne Henage to sign up to fill one of the volunteer slots.

Tickets for the Opportunity Quilt are $1 per each or six for $5. The quilt, pictured below, was designed by Kim Diamond, pieced by members of BTQG and assembled and quilted by Connie Gresham.
