Show times are 9 a.m. til 7 p.m. Saturday
10 a.m. til 5 p.m. Sunday

Your quilt show entries must be delivered to Stoney Creek Inn between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30th, 2016.

All quilts must have a sleeve or we cannot hang them. Please attach a 4" sleeve. Click here for instructions on putting a sleeve on your quilt.

The quilt label must be attached to the bottom left corner (right corner when looking at the back of the quilt.)

Quilt show entries will be available for pick up between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. after the show closes on Sunday, October 2nd, 2016. Whoever picks up the quilt MUST have the claim check in their possession.

In order to have a successful show, we will need everyone's help. Please sign up to fill one of the volunteer slots.

September 10th was the deadline for online quilt entries.

September 7th was the deadline for mailed paper quilt entries.
